Balanced scoring puts Mahomet-Seymour over Centennial

Ten players scored, led by Nichole Taylor with 11 points, on Tuesday as M-S won at Centennial 57-25.

The win snapped a two-game losing streak.

Durbin Thomas registered 10 points, Makayla Rosenbery scored nine points and Sammie Beyer added seven points.

Taylor also cleared a team-high nine rebounds. Thomas contributed five rebounds and four assists. Rosenbery claimed five rebounds.

Cayla Koerner ended with five steals and five rebounds.

The Bulldogs led 19-5 after one quarter and 33-13 at halftime.

M-S (13-9) returns to action tonight at home against Bloomington Central Catholic.
